Breeding philosophy
It is particularly important to us that our animals grow up in a sheltered and loving environment. They are an integral part of the family and have plenty of room to move around freely. The health, well-being and careful socialisation of our cats are our top priority. We therefore make sure that we only plan a few litters a year in order to offer our animals the best possible care.
Careful selection of our breeding animals
Our breeding animals are selected with great care and patience. We invest a lot of time and effort in order to create the best conditions for healthy, breed-typical offspring. In order to integrate new bloodlines into our breeding programme, we mainly source our animals from abroad.
Delivery of our kittens
Our kittens are dewormed, vaccinated and microchipped from the age of 14 weeks and handed over to their new families. Each kitten also receives a pedigree from the KFG e.V., a health certificate, a faecal profile and a comprehensive starter pack for moving into a new home. On request, we can also include the parents’ test results. It is particularly important to us that our kittens are not placed in solitary confinement or uncontrolled outdoor access, as we do not consider this to be species-appropriate. They are already familiar with everyday noises, children and dogs and are fed a high-quality, varied diet.
Support after moving out
Contact with the new owners of our kittens is very important to us. We are always on hand with help and advice – whether you have questions about keeping, feeding or care. We also facilitate dialogue with other adopters so that you can follow the development of your littermates and benefit from the experiences of others..
